Evaluation, Selection and Prioritisation your business ideas.Guidelines on developing your ideas into a feasible business case.Setting evaluation criteria to filter these ideas (analysing, evaluating and prioritising). Guidelines on testing the viability.

Sean has over 29 years experience in Innovation Management and implementation. His Key role is in mentoring, training and implementing Innovation Management processes, for companies.

In the 1980’s Sean worked for a number of years in the United States as an Industrial designer. After a decade of working in design Sean established Dolmen in 1991, (www.dolmen.ie) a leading edge New Product Development consultancy and in 2000 with a wealth of experience and a highly skilled team, Sean started INNOVATOR.
