Innovation Development & Management - how to do things in new ways in your company.

Topics covered in this half day workshop include:

Building an Innovative Culture (motivation, team structures and people skills). Understanding the importance of teams, people motivation, people management to drive innovation and creativity in a company.
Creativity: Creative tools and techniques. Brain-storming techniques best practice, used to generate new product or service ideas and business processes.
Exercise: brain-storming/idea generation team exercise.
What are the factors critical in generating successful ideas? The importance of having more than one idea.

Case Studies will be presented to help emphasise the relevance and importance of the topics presented.

Sean has over 29 years experience in Innovation Management and implementation. His Key role is in mentoring, training and implementing Innovation Management processes, for companies.

In the 1980’s Sean worked for a number of years in the United States as an Industrial designer. After a decade of working in design Sean established Dolmen in 1991, (www.dolmen.ie) a leading edge New Product Development consultancy and in 2000 with a wealth of experience and a highly skilled team, Sean started INNOVATOR.
