Programme content includes:
• Review the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for your business
• Increase motivation and focus
• Re-access your pricing strategy and operation costs
• Produce short-term strategies to:
o Identify your current target market
o Implement cost effective marketing strategies to attract new and existing customers
o Assess your product/service to ensure it meets the needs of your target market
o Enhance customer service - what worked previously may not be sufficient now
o Improve internal and external communications
o Increase your cashflow and operations efficiency

This program is delivered by Thérèse Hackett, Ciúnas, and incorporates the principles of; Marketing & Sales, Business Coaching, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Personal Development. It is delivered over 4 evenings, 7pm – 10pm and includes a coffee break.
